These are people who truly care about their clients, their people, and making the industry the best it can be. I have the utmost trust in our leaders - intelligent, dedicated, and honest. Working with New Home Star is like belonging to a big family and its extremely rewarding.

      Some may think our rigorous interview process is too much so. We do this for a reason, though: to ensure the candidate is the right professional and cultural fit. It works.
