Pros

This is a nation wide organization, but the culture feels as if someone across the country is just "down the hall". If walls could talk, they would speak about the integrity and sheer grit the people embody. This is by far the best (and hopefully last) organization I've ever worked for. You come to work KNOWING you are making a difference in someone's life; and being greatly compensated along the way. There truly is no greater feeling!

Cons

Working weekends is a must, and that's never fun. (Unless you're selling a home that is.. then it's pretty rewarding!) Being paid a draw is an excellent way the company makes sure you are being paid before closings start to roll in. (which is more of a pro tbh)

The resources and training within our reach trough NHC, as well as the support of my Director and the whole NHS team, the training we got to sale Virtually, mental and health support for all the teams members, freedom tone able to take the time off needed and the balance between work and family life.

Cons

Really there isn’t any, if you want to succeed and grow within the company you have to work hard which to me it’s a pro!!!
