Company culture is incredible, and they truly foster an environment of personal and professional growth. Tons of support from all levels of the organization, and no one is more than a phone call away. Many opportunities to climb the ladder and relocate to new areas if desired. Training and continuing education is beyond anything I have ever seen before. The level of effort they put into training resources is mind-blowing, and there are infinite ways to advance your knowledge working for this company. Earning potential is also excellent. It is not uncommon to earn six figures within your first year working in new home sales.
Cons
Not that I would consider this a con necessarily, more of an opportunity, but New Home Star is growing so fast and servicing many new builder partners, that they simply need more people to join the team so that exponential growth can continue.
