Whether it's management, support, or sales teammates, the culture is aimed at setting everyone up for success and making everyone feel valued. If you work hard, you will be rewarded. The knowledge base is incredible, and the in-depth training is unlike anything else in the industry. New Home Star truly wants everyone to succeed.

Cons

Like any fast growing company, New Home Star has, and will continue to, experience growing pains. While New Home Star is committed to making everyone feel supported, it can sometimes take a while to get the support needed. Compensation can take a while, depending on your market and whether you're selling quick-delivery homes. This job requires the ability to be independent and work by yourself, which isn't for everyone.

Pros

This company cares abouto it's employees and is selective with whom they do business. Aggressive growth, strategic partnerships and incredible results have allowed NHS to grow into a national powerhouse. They are extremely passionate about promoting from within.

Cons

Growth is hard, thus we have had to staff positions without a lot of training in the past. This has also created issues of putting a person in the wrong seat temporarily simply to meet demand.
