Pros

Wow, wonderful work place environment, I have never met a team with such dedicated and genuine individuals. I had the best sales director, and I can only go on and on with positivity about new home star.

Cons

The only thing to say is the distant you must be willing to drive in regards to locations of builder locations, which certainly comes with any job in this field.

As our company continues to grow with our builder clients and adds new clients, we hope to shorten the commute required of any of our team members.

This is a company that wants to see you go to the next level. There is no need to try to be better than the person next to you or compete with your associates becuase there is so much room for growth, as long as you do your best you will be rewarded. The culture is unlike any company out there.

Cons

What cons?? If your not good at time management you can let this job run your life. But you need to run your life not let your life run you.

This company loves it's people. The culture is amazing and it fosters growth and opportunity from within! It's hard work that is worth it and they make it clear that they want people who are invested and want to help in creating something amazing . The VP's, managers ecs. are all wonderful! They all learn everyone's names, give hugs and hang out with the entire staff at events. There is no "me" and "them" attitude. The founder of the company David Rice is one of the most caring and brilliant people I have ever met! There is an open door policy and everyone from the top down supports each other. They have amazing training and tools to help you succeed. Truly the sky is the limit here!!

Cons

There is truly nothing bad I can say about this company. If anything I cannot wait to grow at a faster pace once we have the capacity!!
