      Pros

      Working for New Home Star has completely changed my life. I've never experienced working for such a family oriented, goal driven and caring company before now. I'm blessed to have been with the company for almost four years.

      Cons

      Well, I honestly cannot think of any negatives. The training is vigorous and you need to be prepared to give your heart and time completely as you progress through the process. The end result is worth every tear you've shed and every minute you've spent.

      New Home Star is designed where you control your own success. We give you the tools and the resources, everything you need to be successful. You just have to work for it! The company is growing and we're always on the search for leaders that will help us build the best sales team in the world!

      Starting out it will be tough, there is a lot of information to learn.

      Pros

      Training is off the charts and the entire staff is so supportive. They are truly setting you up for success. The growth potential is limitless as well as your opportunities. Their training portal connects you with all the agents across the country which offers support and ideas to help you overcome any challenges.

      Cons

      As with most companies communications could be better especially with notifications of position changes throughout the company. There is often movement/relocations and new positions added without notification.
