Great office & great ambience! Wonderful benefits package and perks. Some managers were EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable and understanding to each person's unique situation.

Cons

This terrible place was a horror show. Poor leadership and there was lack of transparency about the way work was done. Don't believe the positive reviews and avoid this company like the plague. I have redacted this place from all memory and want to save others from having to do the same.

This opportunity allowed me to meet some tough people.

Cons

This is by far the most toxic company I have worked for. If you want to lose your soul, be lied to, commission cut.. go for it! You work all the time, are under appreciated, and are consistently asked to do things that flirt with ethical boundaries.

Terrible for finances

I don't have any pros to mention at this time. I would ask people to AVOID this company if they want an honest opinion.

Cons

Working here was terrible for me and my home's finances. You don't get paid until the construction is finished. It was tough to wait for my money when I was the only earning member of my family. The management didn't help me either and was often rude about my situation. Also, I detested the after-work parties. It was ridiculous that we had to attend them. I didn't want to waste my time. BEWARE of the gossip at such events!
