      almost no marketing support, No Management support, Builder controls the process from start to end.

      Pros

      - our builder doesn’t have a model so my team works from home - guaranteed inventory homes to sell - very friendly and helpful team/mentors - good for agents just getting their license since you get paid twice a month on a draw even if you haven’t sold anything - at least gets your bills paid

      Cons

      -we’re not reimbursed mileage. We drive a lot since we have scattered lots of so gas gets expensive. -mentors and those that help train you are out of state (for us at least) so sometimes it’s hard to get ahold of them - We’re on a draw so the commission compensation isn’t the best. You have to sell a lot to start making good money.
