      Pros

      This company has completely changed my life. I have been with them for 15 months and I will never work for another company. The training alone is absolutely amazing, they give you every single tool you need to be successful.The company provides you multiple routes to advance your career to the next level while providing an incredible atmosphere to work in and a healthy pay structure.

      Cons

      In my opinion there are no downsides. If you are a hard worker with drive New Home Star is for you.

      Pros

      - Superior employee training and development - Mentors and Leadership who genuinely care about you and your career - A strong support network that is quite literally, nationwide - All the necessary tools in order for you to be successful in a highly competitive industry

      Cons

      - If you start in an area that they just got started in, your training will still be good but it will feel very disorganized and at some points, you will feel like you're not getting what you need. - It is difficult to manage learning their material while also obtaining a real estate license. Some states have very strenuous real estate courses and requirements. It is very overwhelming and you must be a master of time management and be prepared to sacrifice all of your personal/family time during training.

      Fun group, top notch sales training, owner that cares more for his people than anything else! This company is taking the new home sales division by storm! Unlimited income potential where average earnings within 2 years is more than 100k.

      Cons

      Need to be able to commit to working weekends.
