Excellent team environment, very supportive leadership, easy access to resources that may be needed.

Cons

The only negative I could ever say or imagine saying is the fact that we have such an awesome overall cast of a workforce and we only get to meet everyone once or maybe twice a year.

In Real Estat it’s all about location, location, location. At New Home Star the locations are vast and still growing but the Culture wins the race. What an amazing team vibe filled with not just support and tools for success but also a Career Path that beckons you to be all that you have ever wanted to be. Trust me, New Home Star is different. It’s not the dead end opportunity where you have worked where your happiness and creativity have been snuffed. It’s not the place where you cringe because you have to get up, go to work, and actually contemplate getting out of the car. It’s not the place that makes you question your value and career choice. It is the place of positivity, education, training, support, appreciation and where the sky isn’t even the limit.

Cons

Wow after being in New Home Sales 16 Years this is a hard one. I say that because comparatively speaking there are no real cons. Of course there is never a perfect career with zero opportunity for improvement and to think there might be is an imperfect thought. However, New Home Star listens and cares about your ideas and they rely on you as part of the front line to share ways to improve. So even the cons aren’t cons for long.
