I started in Colorado in 2014 and was instantly impressed with the Incredible culture. Leadership potential and ability to "move through the ranks" is only limited by YOU. I am constantly surrounded by incredible minds through our personal Social Network! Couldn't ask for a better company to work for. I even left NewHomeStar for a couple years and when opportunity presented itself to come back, it was nearly impossible to turn away! So glad to be back!

Cons

Is leaving NHS a con? I think the only item I can think of is Sometimes there can be a lack of communication - patience is needed both on selling homes side and corporate side!

Great training, culture, and pay. I have being in Real Estate for over 20 years and this is the last Job I will ever apply for, looking forward to growing within the company, lots of room for it. Amazing management and support, management really takes the time to work with you and set you up for success.

Cons

I don’t see any, love my job and the support I get.
