Pros

Fun personalities and good training.

Cons

The commission structure offered at New Home Star is the worst I’ve seen in the real estate industry. They do offer a small salary to accompany the commissions but don’t expect annual raises, or any other raises.

Pros

Excellent ongoing training, Great pay once you move out of training. Clear career path. If you work hard you will do well. Sales Rally!

Cons

Not a lot of work-life balance, but that is typical in sales. You are going to work on your days off sometimes, but you are also going to be compensated for it when you close the deal.

Pros

NHS sales training is second to none. They have a solid course that will prepare you for success if you apply yourself.

Cons

Very tribal and somewhat manufactured culture of exuberance. May ask you to move to a new location for less money but better title.
