New Home Star is a great company to work for. Cares about it's employees and has excellent training program.

Cons

Depends on the builder you get on how much money you'll make and with their business structure one of the lowest paid commissions in the biz.

Excellent ongoing training, Great pay once you move out of training. Clear career path. If you work hard you will do well. Sales Rally!

Cons

Not a lot of work-life balance, but that is typical in sales. You are going to work on your days off sometimes, but you are also going to be compensated for it when you close the deal.
