Pros

You receive support at and outside of work from your managers and higher ups. The training is the best! Everyone is helpful and wants to see you succeed.

Cons

This is the only job I’ve ever actually had fun at, regardless of the natural stress work brings which is the only con. Real estate is naturally a stressful job. NHS makes it fun and easy to want to come to work every day.
