At New Home Star, we pride ourselves on our excellent company culture, so this review caught us off guard, and we are very sorry to hear that you felt excluded during your time here. Many of our employees have developed close relationships and spend time together outside work. We believe our employees deeply value these relationships and genuinely care about each other. Our leaders do not use personal relationships to manipulate our employees. We have many positions within New Home Star, some more demanding than others, but we value and respect personal time and strive to foster work-life balance. We host various events within our organization, most of which do not include alcohol. Occasionally, we host after-hours events onsite or offsite that have alcoholic beverages available for employees. We enforce a two-drink limit for these events.
