Pros

Their training is extensive without the boring fluff. It is filled with everything you need to succeed and grow and is presented in a fun interactive way. The company culture is top-notch. I feel heard and cared for by leadership and the company as a whole.

Cons

Anytime you are in a sales environment it can take time to fill your pipeline and start making 'big' money, and that can be a pain point. This is not NewhomeStar specific but something to account for anytime you are entering a similar role in any company.

- They celebrate/ recognize when you achieve something. - You are able to grow - Amazing Training

Cons

- Its a lot of information when you first start but it helps!! - Depending on how much you work, you will see the results. ( I work on my days off because I know the sale will turn into a contract )
