NHS has an amazing training program, they care about you and your growth and offer ideas and support not only from the corporate office but from all the employees nationwide. They truly want this to be your last interview ever! They work with great builders and you feel honored to be a part of the team. I had heard of New Home Star 4 years before I joined and although I didn't interview and apply back then, I knew when a position came available again in my market, it was a company I wanted to work for! (I did my research!)
