Finding New Home Star was a complete and total life changer for me. The support, leadership and personal development this company provides is more than I ever could have asked for. From my first day of work, I could tell this company truly cares about their employees and is invested in their success. They are the reason I am now a licensed real estate agent and the training program gives you all of the skills and knowledge needed to be successful. I love my job and would not change anything about it. I highly recommend taking this once in a life time opportunity.

Cons

You will got out as much as you put in, so self management and motivation are key factors for success. It is a 1099 position without health benefit so be ready to manage your money and save for taxes. It is well worth it and you will not regret it!

I can honestly say the best thing about this company is the people you work with. That's such an important thing I found here at New Home Star. I started out of college and was pleased to find a great design job in the suburbs that offers awesome benefits on top of being a great place to work.

Cons

Not too many! The company is growing at such a large rate that there seems to be nothing but good things coming too!
