Pros

I really enjoyed working for housing at NMSU. Its a great way to meet new people and work on campus.

Cons

Budget for housing department was poorly managed. Community Assistants were required to host program without a budget.

My boss was great, she was very understanding with my school schedule and work schedule. If I needed to do homework or study for an exam she was fine with it. The hours weren't set, I just had to make sure my work was done by the deadline which allowed for me to get my school work done first. The pay was good for a student job.

Cons

A lot of paperwork was required as well as lab write ups. The work had to be re-done several times because my boss would change her mind on what she wanted.
