The security is very nice, as well as the ability to manage time off. The pay is decent compared to the living expenses in Las Cruces

Cons

Progression is very political and with any university setting, it's who you know, not what you know. Leadership changes hands often and many of my new bosses have no clue of what I do.

The pros really out way the cons because working for the same place you go to school works better for schedule. I make it to every class without fail and have been doing better.

Cons

Yet there are some cons but not much, sometimes I wish I got paid a little more for what I do for the deadlines I am given.
