Pros
Watching this company grow over the years, I have felt very valued and recognized for the hard work I've put in. My team is my second family. As a person of color, this company tries hard to make sure that there is a culture that is equitable and inclusive and I can see and appreciate that.
Cons
As a growth company, change is constant and adapting is crucial for continuing success. Seems like some folks are struggling with growing pains, which can be especially difficult in these (covid) times.
