      down hill fast, at least for the sales team

      Pros

      nice offices, great product, bright future as a company

      Cons

      More difficult to sell everyday, hiring too fast and abrupt changes at the start of every quarter. from top down it is a product first company where sales reps are undervalued and considered replaceable. new comp plans make it near impossible to hit goal.

      Pros

      Awesome place to work. Still has the start-up culture. I found it quite easy to work, experiment on my projects and coordinate with rest of the teams.

      Cons

      I can't think of any. May be the only draw back is that it is located in San Francisco. Most of the employees travel long distances to reach the office. But this is not a typical con. On the brighter side the office is at a beautiful location, facing the bay bridge.
