Cons
Fewer and fewer job opportunities. Less investment in internal growth (including removal of career growth resources). Slowly benefits are being chipped away. More strict with FTO. Pay raises are smaller, compensation pay structures have resulted in less pay. Overall ability to trust leadership has been declining. Health insurance choices are nothing special.
