Product Strategy need to be refined as it can fluctuate too much at times due to changing market demands

Pros

Flexible working hours, smart colleagues, execs that are invested in making change, great product

Cons

Our previous CEO grounded all greenfield outreach and we focused on squeezing all of the juice out of existing customers. Now we have a huge churn problem with existing customers that are frustrated and a huge pipeline problem because we weren't going after new logos. Comp took a massive hit when we were purchased by PE.
