- Lack of women in leadership across the company - New team has become micro-managey - Pause on most research with the new Manager/Director - Rude teammates are the ones who get promoted - You need to be cutthroat, emotions set you back here - Little stakeholder buy-in, you have to really fight back in order to conduct research with certain teams - The new manager doesn't believe in promoting folks but will promote the people that make others feel bad - Will have to write an essay in order to attend conferences and explain why you want to go even if they aren't paying for it (UXR Team) - The company isn't what it used to be, it is falling apart at the seams
