Company culture, quality of people who work at New Relic, benefits. New Relic is serious about inclusion. I was blown away in the Portland office seeing so much of the main floor dedicated to female pioneers in technology.

Cons

Period of immense growth makes on-boarding challenging. Most of the people I work with are also new.

Everyone is friendly, willing to help and make sure you have the tools to succeed. New management team but they put their people before them just is great

Cons

Not much I can say about cons, they are flexible when you need to come in later or leave late snacks are great. Keep it up!!

- leader in market up to now - great product - ceo is well respected - great sf location - good starting ground for sales career

Cons

- extremely political for a small company - way to many layers and some vp’s have no prior tech experience - directors promoted to vp’s while majority of managers and reps struggle to achieve even 80% - lack of ethnic diversity at the vp level and up - leadership takes no accountability for mistakes - majority of sales reps are not hitting and many are leaving
