- Strong engineering team and culture - Very friendly colleagues - Full of career growth opportunities and willing to promote current employees - Good compensation (especially true when comparing to other local brand) - Embrace the "Flex First" work philosophy and employees are still allowed to work remotely

- There has been some org changes recently which raised some concerns about job security - Brand name not as famous as some other companies like FANNG
