- Latest Technical Stack work exposure - Great Support from 'Global Leaders' - Visibility and work exposure - Excellent Benefits for the region India where i am working for - such as Parental Leave pays 12-weeks, 20 days of paid annual leave, 12 days of paid sick / casual leave, 3 paid days of marriage leave, Maternity Benefit Act. 26 weeks, 2 paid days of volunteer time off, Mandatory Recharge week etc.., - Work Flexibility - Cross Functional collaboration - Lunch (Hyderabad office) provided by Company - Learning time - Provides good Perks and competitive compensation - Great teams and people to work with !!!

Cons

In general in India majority of the Product Based Companies do not provide Onsite opportunities until unless there is a real need. - As NewRelic is Core Product base company.
