Pros

The people are smart and fun to work with. Great product.

Cons

It's not clear how to grow one's career, which has lead to some consternation over whether or not there are opportunities - especially from the support org. This appears to have improved somewhat in the last few months, but time will tell.

Pros

Great CEO and super fun team of people. Perks were good and benefits top notch. The product and the product teams are awesome. Overall, New Relic is a wonderful place.

Cons

A change in management really degraded my team's quality and motivation. Multiple people have left the team. Sales is a stressful job and a clueless leader hurts everyone's bottom line. There is no excuse for a non technical person managing technical sales for such a technical product.

Great CEO and people, but high turnover

Pros

It's impossible to dislike Lew, the CEO. The people are what really make New Relic. Unfortunately turnover is high, so many great people have left.

Cons

There is poor communication from management. Low morale across the org which contributes to high turnover, and then even lower morale.
