- A lot of good tech strategies to tackle issues - Plenty of things to learn about scalability

Cons

- Compensation is not as good as before (after going private) - Product vision for the future is pretty blur

Have been an employee for 2 years and almost everything has improved over the course of 2 years. Team structure has improved, more development in India, excellent work life balance, great customers, great employee benefits and work wise the tech stack has just kept on improving

Cons

Have seen couple of situations where people were let go in the US

The company provides a challenging and good learning oppurtunities. The company is focusing increasing on AI usage by devs, which will be useful to us even is other companies.

Cons

WorkLife balance is not so good because of some teams in other timezones.No stock options in Pay
