Good pay for remote positions especially if you live outside the West Coast

Cons

Poor leadership and shady people management (consistent layoffs and poor performance reviews given to avoid additional layoff numbers)

Pros

I have made some lifelong friends from working here and for that, I will be forever grateful.

Cons

Marketing is cursed. I have seen 7 CMOs, our brand refreshes, three major layoffs, and years of micromanaging in my time there. You know it's awful when your first instinct to a newly scheduled meeting with zero meeting description is to see if your HRBP is booked at the same time to let you go.

Pros

Great Products, Great Culture, Great Company.

Cons

Support Organization has been clamping down on work from home. Then the org fires seasoned remote employees. A week later all offices are shut down due to COVID-19 and everyone must work from home. Ironic.
