Pros
The company culture overall is great, you will work with people that aren't just professional acquaintances. I have hardly seen any conflict between people in any of the departments I have interacted with, which is amazing given how quickly the company grows. There is no shortage of technical problems to solve in a cool space. It's a fledgling public SaaS company in a position to really establish themselves, dare I say, to the likes of Salesforce.
Cons
The company is still going through massive growing pains, which has lead to some often crippling over-management. Problems sometimes get beaten with the political hammer for weeks before engineers are brought into the loop. Priorities can shift wildly over the course of weeks/months, sometimes leaving heaps of unfinished work in the dust.
