Pros

Great CEO in Lew Cirne; brillant and inspiring. Positive atmosphere and team culture. Great technology and product. Smart-hardworking people. Good feedback and encouragement from management

Cons

isolation outside San Francisco, small/medium size biz sales people in SF blowing through quotas while enterprise reps are struggling badly. quotas way too high for enterprise. accounts are not distributed evenly. SF reps fly out to other areas in the U.S. when reps there locally could sell without travel expenses

Pros

Everyone is extremely talented and intelligent. The work ethic is awesome. Each team has a different feel, some are laid back, some super talkative/collaborative. Everyone is happy to help each other.

Cons

No clear path for advancement. Training time can be hard to come by after on boarding. Management can get tied up I. Meetings for days on end which can make them inaccessible.

Pros

Great benefits and pay, as well as awesome people to work with and incredible products. Company growth is seemingly infinite and the vision of the founder remains awesome and central to what folks do. People are inspired and inspiring! Beautiful office in downtown Portland, with incredible views.

Cons

Incredibly inept mid-level support management continues to poorly influence the productivity and careers of talented engineers by micromanaging and bullying support engineers. Management are out of touch and care only about 'perception', though perception by the rest of the company about the management of the department continues to be incredibly bad. Engineers are micromanaged to an extreme degree, and favoritism runs rampant in the department. Many talented support engineers, who acted as incredible mentors to the team have left the company after being singled out, blocked from leaving the department to pursue their careers on the engineering team, and micromanaged.
