      Pros

      Great company and vision. The product and brand are highly respected in the industry. Customers love the product. Great office and location. Decent benefits and perks

      Cons

      Sales model seems to be broken.. For the size of the company and sales team the structure is too thick - too many management layers and territories are over saturated with too many reps. Quotas are too high for commercial/enterprise and the product is not ready for enterprise customers so adoption is slow in this space.

      nice offices, great product, bright future as a company

      Cons

      More difficult to sell everyday, hiring too fast and abrupt changes at the start of every quarter. from top down it is a product first company where sales reps are undervalued and considered replaceable. new comp plans make it near impossible to hit goal.
