Pros

The good spirit within the teams across the hall company. The engagement of the company to all employees. The flexibility at work. The recognition of your hard work. The ability to share you thought and give you honest opinion. The retention & compensation packages offered are extremely good, and not to forget the Snacks, drinks and foods offered by the company daily at at many occasions including the company events. Having said all that, I will conclude by saying I'm very proud to be part of the New Relic family since more than 3 years, Employees are treated like human being and not only added numbers, every single one of us is being treated with respect, compassion and looked very well after. You are looking for a place to be yourself, thrive, learn and progress? New Relic is the place to be.

Cons

if i have to be honest, none.
