Pros

The core values aren't just window dressing or marketing, they are part of everything that happens in the company Extremely motivated and passionate colleagues who are experts in their respective areas. Active sharing of feedback for growth even when that feedback is hard to hear Remote work is supported and encouraged Leadership are authentic in their communications with very few ceilings to stop feedback. You can talk with a VP or executive with the same ease as your manager.

Cons

Growth is hard and shifting priorities can make workloads both significant and uncertain Being expected to be the smartest person in the room can be mentally and emotionally taxing Cloud-focused -- for better or worse

New Relic puts people first. There is a clear emphasis and understanding how your work is valued within the company, it is a place where everyone understands the vision and what is expected from them. There is a focus on openness and respect. Individuals are clearly aligned to their targets specifically in Sales.

Cons

I don't really have any. It's a great culture.
