What I like about New Relic, and the differences compared to the many companies I worked for previously: - My ability to contribute to our team, region and company success. - A good team to work with, locally and globally - gives you that feeling to get help and being wanted - Good and various levels of recognition for the work you do - including the monetary aspect : salary, stocks, bonus payments. - A sound, concise and I think brilliant product strategy - combined with a great current solution portfolio. All pieces of the portfolio are truly integrated, not just marketing slides that look nice. - Clear communication and guidance from senior management.
Cons
Nothing really negative to report regarding New Relic. It is a fast paced and very innovative company, so you have to be willing to come along with the ride :-)
