The Best Job I Have Ever Had, and The Best Co-Workers I Could Ask For

New Relic is not just a job but it is a community. It is a place where opinions not only matter, but they are taken seriously. Culture is huge here, and the work/life balance allows you to do your work, but go home and enjoy life. On sunny fridays we are encouraged to get out early and enjoy our co-workers. There is an open door policy that goes all the way up to the executive level, and collaboration allows for new roles to be created. I can say that hands down this is the best place I have ever had the pleasure of working in.
Cons
I have not been here long enough to have any strong cons. I think with a startup that is growing as rapidly as this company there will always be growing pains, but the management is open to hearing these, as well as the Exec's are extremely pro-active to any issues that have come up since I began. Jobs are still being defined, and re-evaiuated, but I don't think that those struggles are unusual for a company that is only 5 years old.
