Pros

Pay is competitive. Fully remote. WLB is OK.

Cons

The company is on a downward spiral ever since it was sold to Private Equity. Shifting priorities, no vision, chaotic management, etc. RSUs are going away, and the LTIs that replaced them are basically a scam. And on top of all that, layoffs twice a year.

Work Life balance is good.

Cons

*Comp plans have grown worse since private equity bought the company. New revenue quotas are very high based on the market. *Leadership does not know how to grow new business/new logos so they hire retread managers from Dynatrace to measure reps performance via excessive metrics.
