      Pros

      I've been with New Relic for many years now and in different roles and it has been a rewarding experience. One of the things I appreciate the most is the people. The work environment is fast-paced but collaborative. I'm surrounded by so many smart, skilled and passionate colleagues who are always willing to collaborate and support each other. Also, the leadership team has been very supportive and there's a real focus on personal and professional development. The product itself is another major reason I love working here. It's motivating to work on something I truly believe in, and to see the positive impact it has on users.

      Cons

      While the company is strong in many areas, continuous change can sometimes be challenging. However, I recognize that these changes also bring new opportunities, growth, and innovation.

      There is a gap in understanding between VP level, management and the head of APJ changes quickly.
