Pros

Our new CEO really understands our customers and their needs. The product is constantly evolving so we're winning more deals, growing our customer usage/ consumption, and are seeing that pan out in our commission statements/ stock options. Leadership as a whole is aligned, they truly care, and culture is awesome.

Cons

With a constantly evolving product, there are natural challenges: a ton of enablement/ learning to keep up with, bugs and frustrations from our customers when things break, internal processes that don't keep up with the innovation of our feature rollouts, etc. We're also a big company trying to accomplish a lot of things so there simply isn't enough time to solve all the problems we're trying to solve.
