      - Good compensation packages that are competitive. - Good work is actually appreciated and praised by management - Friendly Co-Workers and vibrant work atmosphere - Stability - Pre-IPO stock bonuses/ options - Family Like work Culture - Internal growth is encouraged

      Cons

      - Rapid growth and change (maybe bad for non-technical employee's such as sales reps)

      Pros

      Fast growth. Some great managers. Always something interesting to work on, with the ability to move around to other teams, languages, and technologies. Encouraged conference attendance. Beautiful and convenient office locations. Office amenities targeted based on location (this is a plus and minus).

      Cons

      They hire nationally, but benchmark locally. Average compensation. Below average PTO. Working from home/remote rare or exceptional.

      Smart people Excellent Product Great Locations Decent Leadership Team

      Cons

      Interview process was among the worst. No communication from HR. Poor follow up Lack respect by HR department for people interviewing Average or below average salaries Poor Bonus Structure Salaries are not competitive Lack of 401K match Stock Option Packages lack equality, and below market. Stock Options not a reason to work here - For a pre-IPO company, stock option allocations for new employees are very small and non-competitive Company does not deliver on it's primises
