Pros

You can make as much money as you’re willing to work for here. They give you the tools and support you need. The office energy is awesome. If you’re willing to put in the work it will pay off!

Cons

The first few months are hard I won’t sugar coat it. Any sales job is like that at first. They don’t have many gluten free snacks in the office but I’m usually there to work not to munch on snacks. No benefits but it’s a 1099 job I expected to not get any.

I've been with New Western for just over three months, and I was hooked from the moment I walked in for my interview. The energy in the office is unmatched and everyone wants to see you succeed while always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The managers do a great job of keeping us focused and on track with our goals. This is a career that you can 100% be excited to take home and work outside of the office hours.

Cons

I wouldn't even call this a con, but its long hours and you get what you give.
