None that I can think of.

Cons

Do NOT work here. Terrible IT Support boss who doesn’t show up onsite and works at home when you’re a new hire. No proper training. My training was so abysmal that I was referred to a 3rd-party website to study up on and my co-worker did not feel like training me. I saw multiple people fired in a short timespan while I was working there.

Pros

None you have to work endless hours to find buyers and when you make no money and decide toleave the office gives your buyers to other agents and will tell them not to work with you.

Cons

Wholesale company using agents to go on social media and find buyers for properties they dont even own. You drive hours to showings and to build the companies investor list. Pay is less than 10% percent of profit so if profit is $5,000 you make $500. You will do good to sell a property a month. Company has a bad rep that mostly every investor you contact says no interested.
