Pros

General Manager (Broker) really did care about the business and employees. Tons of respect for the CEO.

Cons

lack of training, never felt comfortable asking questions Direct managers (Acq. and Disp.) show favortism Culture is centered around drinking and popularity Lack of opportunity, there was no way to make a good living. It is VERY oversaturated. There are too many agents and not enough investors. Advertised as a work from home / make your own hours job in interviews. They are slowly forcing everyone back to the office that rarely had enough chairs and open desks.

NONE this company is a joke.

Cons

Pay structure. Expect to have a side hustle or have at least a year worth of savings prior to working for NWA. If they wholesale a fee for $5,000 expect to make $600. Many people work here for a couple months before realizing they do not need the company.
