      No experience necessary Training provided Nice office and location Great team Fantastic earning potential if you put in the time Not too much out of pocket when starting out which helps

      Cons

      If you are in your 20's you will fit in fantastic here. Lots of bro culture and drinking. I got a lot of feedback talking to clients that they felt pressured and not taken care of by the company. Instead it was "a bunch of boys saying what they can to make the most money" Always watch out for yourself here as some of the offices have no problem stealing investors from each other.

      Pros

      Great platform for go-getters who want to grow and excel in the distressed residential real estate investment arena. The tools are all there for you to use grow your business. Everyone is commission based, even management. If you like the pressure, this is a great place to push your limits. No Cap.

      Cons

      It's a 1099 based job with no set hours, but if you don't start your first year in the office almost ever day trying to absorb as much as you can...goodluck.

      I'm grateful, and honored to be surrounded by nothing but a group of HUSTLERS. Every single agent in the office pushes themselves on a daily basis to be better than the day before. I came knowing nothing about real estate, and had senior agents, shower me with nothing but knowledge and advice. You yourself are your worst enemy! You get what you put into it!

      Cons

      Not for the faint of heart. If you think you can just sit back and cut a paycheck, you got the wrong spot. The first couple months are tough, but you must be strong minded and driven to know there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
