Pros

Culture is competitive, but also fun. More experienced collogues love to help you grow and learn. Unlimited cap to commissions. You get out what you put in. Lots of room to grow in the company and as an individual.

Cons

-Full Commission job, uncertainty of paycheck. But that is normal with any real estate agent job. -no insurance or benefits, also normal for real estate agents.

Great learning opportunity, flexibility and great people to work with. This position requires full focus, patience, discipline, open mind and growth mindset. You can make great money if you are fully dedicated. Jon Messick is a great manager that is fully committed to helping you every step of the way to improve your skills and reach better goals.

Cons

Office is located in busy downtown so it depends where you live in Jacksonville, it can take long time to get to work during rush hours.
