New Western is a wonderful opportunity to get into investment real estate. They provide thorough training to help you get off the ground quickly. There is plenty of inventory and opportunity to make sales. Great team environment that is collaborative and supportive. Lots of potential to grow with the company.

Cons

There is no salary or employee benefits. I like that there is unlimited income potential with no capped commissions
