I started at New Western in November 2024 and I absolutely love it. I am competition driven so this makes working at New Western exciting for me. Commissions are solely based off your ability to sell and motivations which also makes this job great because there is no limit to how much you can make.

Cons

Properties that we acquire do come in waves so some weeks we will have more properties to sell and other weeks there will be a limited amount to sell.

Not much room for success No new agent has made good money since 2022 Expensive MLS fees/Lead generation to keep your business running. Only senior agents make good money
