Freedom to build your book of business and be your own boss. The harder you work, the more money you make. Great company culture.

Cons

Easy to get discouraged as you are solely commission based and you don't get paid unless you are hardworking. Must stay self motivated.

Working at New Western has been an awesome growth journey within my career and personal life. I've had a team that consistently helps me achieve goals quickly, gives me all the resources, and hold each other accountable to working the best that I can. It's a very healthy work culture!

Cons

People come and go because they may not realize that real estate is for them. Nothing on New Western, real estate is a difficult profession to break into in general.
